Our culinary philosophy is based on a fundamental principle: bringing authentic and genuine flavors to the table, fully respecting seasonality and the local area.
We offer cuisine rooted in local tradition, enriched with some tried-and-true new recipes. Our dishes, simple yet flavorful, are strictly homemade. The secret to their excellence lies in the use of excellent raw materials, sourced primarily from our farm or from select local producers.

The menu follows the rhythm of nature and varies with the seasons, with the exception of a cornerstone of our identity: **Polenta Taragna Orobica**. As the signature dish of Branzi, you´ll find it every day of the year, accompanied by everything we prepare, including fresh bread.

The Summer Terrace Experience
During the summer, our sunny terrace transforms into the ideal setting for your lunches. From here, you can enjoy an unparalleled panoramic view of the village of Branzi and the peaks of the Orobic Prealps that frame the valley, while enjoying the best of our cuisine in the open air.

The Agrimerenda: A Genuine Break
Consistent with our philosophy of healthy eating, in the afternoon we offer the Agrimerenda, a delicious break with a traditional flavour, just like grandma´s.
